Invite Flow
- Click “Invite Member”.
- Enter email.
- Choose role (see table above).
- Send invite—user receives an email to accept.
Governance Tips
- Review member list quarterly.
- Use individual accounts (no shared logins).
- Principle of least privilege: start with Viewer/Responder, escalate only if needed.
- Remove access promptly when people leave the team.
